I stayed in this hotel for a week, and the service and food were excellent. If you're planning to stay in Hafeezpet for a vacation, I highly recommend this hotel. It's really good.

The rooms had a lot of mosquitoes, and no one seemed to care about the guests. The hotel used their own system with short forms on the booking sheet, and breakfast was not served on time. There were no employees in the kitchen to provide breakfast. It was a disaster. The manager couldn't control the staff, and employees were doing whatever they wanted. Guests were getting frustrated and arguing at the reception. There was no discipline. The hotel also doesn't have enough parking, but they offer valet parking, and my car got damaged. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad experience. There were a lot of mosquitoes, possibly because there's a gutter beside the hotel. Bed bugs were also a problem. Tea and coffee were served in broken cups. The room always smelled like cigarette smoke. I was not happy with my stay at all.
