The place is beautiful, but the service was horrible. We had noise from construction until 7 pm, no hot water, and no soap. We called the reception three times to get the soap, but still didn't get hot water.

Wow, what a wonderful stay I�m now a fan of Taj hotels after this experience. The hospitality was great, especially from Mr. Pandian and the reception team. It�s a beautiful, peaceful place to stay in Madurai. Thanks to the whole team for taking care of everything, even before we asked.

This hotel is a complete disappointment. The service is very slow, and customer satisfaction seems to be the last priority. I had to wait from noon until 3 PM to get a room, and when I did, it had moldy walls. The restaurant was bad, with many empty tables marked as 'reserved'. Even getting a simple bill took forever. The only positive was Mr. Pandiyan from the front office, who was quick to respond and help with issues. I will never stay here again.
