The Grand Magrath Hotel

This is a great place to stay in the center of the city. Shopping complexes, pubs, bars, and malls are just a few steps away. Public and private transport are easily accessible. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the staff is very courteous. The food is good and delicious, and there's a rooftop swimming pool.

Overall, the customer service was terrible. I booked the hotel for a week but had flight issues and called them to say I couldn't check in on the first day. They said they couldn�t help and would still charge me. The next day, I called again to inform them I wouldn�t make it for another two days due to more flight problems. I asked them to modify my booking, but they refused. I then asked them to cancel, but they refused that too and still wanted to charge me for the entire week. This hotel is only interested in money and doesn�t care about its customers. I will never book here again and will advise others to avoid it.

The hotel location and rooms were good, but the service was not great. I called twice and waited for 15 minutes for someone to collect my luggage, but in the end, I had to do it myself.
