I've had experiences where, after sharing my bad experience and saying I would write an honest review, companies either avoid the review or work hard to fix the issue. Brands are just people chasing their dreams, and mistakes can happen. Give them a chance to fix things if possible. Present the company for what it is and what it stands for. It's better to introduce a brand positively rather than tearing it down. Even if you don't like the product, it's important to maintain a good relationship for future opportunities.
