The Oaks Comforts

The hotel is centrally located, close to the bus stand and restaurants. The rooms were compact but clean, nice, and comfortable. The restrooms were well-maintained. The hotel has decent parking space and limited amenities. The staff were kind and helpful. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a day or two.

The rooms were okay, and the staff were polite, but the service was not up to the mark. There was no AC in the room for 3 hours during peak summer, even after complaining. The shower was broken. When I ordered an extra bed, they gave a cot plus bed without informing me that I could get just a mattress for a cheaper rate. It's better to discuss all the details of your stay and the price before checking in.

Worst experience. The AC wasn't working, there was no drinking water, and no restaurant. The place was not well maintained, and the staff was indifferent, not caring about complaints. They casually denied their mistakes and didn�t try to serve properly. Absolutely pathetic don�t go here.
