The Park Chennai

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The experience didn't match the price. The food was bad and overpriced, and the staff was rude and disrespectful at times. Room service and housekeeping were also disappointing. The only good thing about the hotel is its close proximity to the embassy. Unless your company is paying for your stay, I�d suggest choosing a different hotel.

It's a good property, well maintained, and close to business parks. The food is great, and I highly recommend this hotel for short business stays. A special thanks to the housekeeping supervisor, Manikanta, for being so helpful. Thank you so much I'll definitely visit again.

The hotel is only good because of its location. The rooms are old and definitely not worth the price of 7-10k. The service at breakfast was terrible. It took them 25 minutes to bring a simple 2-egg omelette, which I ended up leaving without eating. Other guests were also facing issues at the counters. The staff seemed understaffed and overworked. The hotel does have some charm, and the lobby is nice for meetings, but overall, it's not worth the price.
