It's not the best place if you're looking for quality work. It's cheap, but you take a risk because the tattoo will stay.

I just visited this shop, and the artist seemed uninterested in helping with a design. He had told me over the phone that the design could be made when I arrived, but when I got there, he bluntly said it wasn't possible in the size I wanted and didn't offer any other options. Since it's a permanent tattoo, I expected him to be more professional and suggest alternatives.
