I recently had a great experience with Thomas Cook Forex, thanks to their exceptional staff member, Parvathy. She provided excellent customer service, was knowledgeable, and responded to my queries quickly. She went above and beyond to ensure I got the best forex rates and services tailored to my needs. This is a foreign exchange dealer where you can buy foreign currency and card instruments. Their commission charges are higher than banks, but they require less documentation. The staff didn�t inform me about the penalty for not using the card after 6 months. As a result, the entire US Dollar credit on my Thomas Cook card was reduced to zero in about a year. I consider this a mistake on both the company's part and mine.

Very bad customer service. They only provide good service until they get the payment. After that, we have to keep calling them. They are not reliable.
