The service is very poor. They seemed too busy, and it took a very long time to type one simple invitation. It usually takes 10-15 minutes if done by an experienced person, but they gave the task to a fresher, and it took more than 3 hours. It was a huge waste of time.

I had a very bad experience. They promised to do exactly what I wanted, but after I paid, the result was disappointing. When I complained, they said it was the best they could do and offered to refund my money, but with a deduction of 500 for the design charge. The staff member, Dixon, was not helpful at all.
