Great location with major attractions nearby. Candolim Beach is just a 2-minute walk, Fort Aguada is 5 minutes by bike, and other beaches and tours are also very close. The staff is friendly, always smiling, and the rooms are clean and in good condition. The food is delicious, and overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay with my family. A special thanks to the owner of the property.

Don't be fooled by the word "resort." It's just a regular hotel with basic amenities. They mentioned having a pool, but it's very small smaller than a typical kids' pool and not well maintained. The breakfast wasn't great either. We ended up eating at a nearby restaurant called Tandoor.

It is one of the worst places to stay in Goa. They advertise it as a 3BHK, but it's actually a 2BHK house. It's not a villa at all. The host is unhelpful, doesn't pick up calls, and is very rude. We faced many issues during our stay.
