I'm very impressed with their visa service! They collected all the necessary documents in one go, and I didn't have to follow up. I got visas for both Dubai and Japan. Their service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and polite.

I had an unpleasant experience with the car owner and T&T owner due to unclear payment terms, including toll and state permit charges. The car owner asked for a 50% advance on the first day without aligning with the T&T owner. I feel I paid more than what was actually needed for the toll and permits. Be cautious before booking and ask for receipts for all tolls and permits. However, the driver and car were good.

The charge for the airport drop was too high. They asked for 2300 for a sedan, excluding toll charges.
