We recently completed the Chardham tour in Uttarakhand, and we faced poor management and services from the tour organizers. The food quality was very bad, and in places like during the Yamunotri trek, we didn't even get food or water. The worst part was that they didn't have a first aid kit. They also didn't take care of the ladies in our group.
