Treebo Trend Alankar Inn

This is the worst place to stay. They charged 3200 Rs for a room next to the Alankar Theatre, and we couldn't sleep the whole night because of the noise. There was no hot water, no room service, and no telephone in the room. The customer service was terrible. We got late to the temple in the morning because of these issues. They asked us to pay the full amount when we arrived, and later avoided addressing the problems with the room.

The hotel is nice, but the reception staff doesn't clearly inform customers about complimentary food. They also tried to charge extra money instead of using a card swipe to charge for rooms at higher rates. Management needs to address these issues.

Worst management They don't keep track of check-in times. They asked us to vacate 7 hours before our checkout time in the morning. The rooms were not clean, and there was no hot water. Food was delivered late, after 40 minutes, even though the restaurant was downstairs. Toiletries were incomplete. The building also has a theater, so there was noise and vibrations till 12:30 AM.
