Good service and very friendly staff, especially Ratna at the front office. The food at the restaurant was also good, and the hotel is near the beach. I would love to stay here again.

The service was good, and the employees responded quickly. However, the old bedsheets with stains made us uncomfortable. The wall mount fan and A.C. were in good condition, and the washrooms were fine. Overall, it's an average hotel. It's suitable for students or anyone looking for a room under 2k.

I have stayed in Treebo properties before, but this one was disappointing. First, there's no parking because it's on a busy street. Second, the only window opens to a building with hardly any space, so there's no ventilation. Third, the bathroom fixtures are old, and the buckets and mugs are stained and faded. I checked in, ordered food which was tasty, went to the beach, and returned late to check out. I only stayed for about an hour. The room felt suffocating, so I moved to another hotel. This place should be priced around 1k to 1.2k max. I wouldn't recommend it if you're paying more than 1200/-.
