Great place for a family outing! The service is very friendly, and you get a luxury experience. The breakfast is healthy and tasty, and room service is comfortable and satisfactory. The rooms are clean and tidy, with modern bathrooms. However, there was some confusion with room service. They have a digital door locking system and elevators for all floors.

You can't see the beach clearly from your room, but it's close to many restaurants. The rooms are well maintained, and the staff is polite. They are also flexible with check in and check out if you let them know in advance.

The best part was the complimentary breakfast, which was good. However, the desk manager initially said there would be a charge for it, but later we found out it was free. He charged us a high rate for one night. His behavior was rude and full of attitude. When we asked to change rooms because of a wet floor, he blamed us for opening windows or turning off the AC, which we didn't do. He was very disrespectful. I suggest they hire better staff and managers, as this behavior is harming the business.
