The quality is excellent with reasonable making charges. The service at TBZ Thane Branch is great. Neelesh Gupta showed us a wide range of designs and many types of jewelry. Good products

The range of ornaments at TBZ, Naupada branch, is very nice. The staff is also great. Geetanjali and Manoj were attentive and showed us many options. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

I had a terrible experience. They need to understand the basics of customer service. The receipt for my order didn�t mention the delivery date. When I visited on the promised date, my item wasn�t ready. They didn�t keep their promise for delivery on a later date either. After following up, I was told the delivery person was coming from their office in Mumbai and would reach Thane in 24 hours only after more calls. I don't know if he came walking or crawling
