Worst experience! It feels like riding a two-wheeler is a crime there. There�s a lot of discrimination based on appearance. You shouldn�t judge people by how they look.

Overall, I had a good experience. I paid via UPI on their link, but the payment didn�t show up on their end, even though it was deducted from my account. I had to make countless calls to their team and, after many attempts, they reassured me that the issue would be resolved. I had to pay again when I checked in because my payment wasn't confirmed. The refund finally came 15 days after I checked out, after more complaints to them and my bank. I recommend avoiding UPI for booking to avoid this headache. \nApart from that, the rooms were neat and well-maintained with excellent hygiene, fresh linen, and well-trained staff. The food was a bit expensive, but fresh and good quality. The room service and amenities were also good.

The rooms are outdated and not well organized. The desk is in an awkward spot. The bathtub in the middle of the bathroom takes up a lot of space. The rooms feel stuffy and need modernization, like adding USB slots and updating the switches. The walk-in closet is odd because there isn�t enough space for underwear or vests, and the small drawer is just okay for socks.
