We booked 2 premium rooms for one night. The rooms were good, but we noticed the bedspreads and pillow covers weren�t replaced, as there were hairs and stains on them. They replaced them after we requested. The restrooms were clean, but not the best. The shampoo and handwash smelled bad, and the quantity was very little, so we had to ask for more. Even though we booked premium rooms, one of them was a standard room, so make sure to confirm in advance. The beds were very hard, even in the premium room. One of the TVs wasn't working, and the water outlets were broken but were replaced once we asked. Overall, it�s a good place to stay, but don�t expect too much. I also heard the restaurant nearby was good, but it was just okay when we visited, and the fish curry was the worst.

Cheap and best stay. The room was neat and clean, and the service was perfect. The location is on the main road of Ooty, and parking made my car safe. Overall, it was a good, neat, safe, and perfect stay. I will recommend it, and my future stays in Ooty will definitely be at Rosefield.

They should shut down the property instead of making money from innocent customers. The place was very dirty and dangerous. The bed was as hard as stone, and there was a bad smell in the room. When we canceled the room, they charged us 500 for no reason. Worst experience.
