I bought 2 t-shirts and 2 shirts. When I wore one of the shirts, I noticed a damage, so I returned to the store to inquire. Initially, they refused to exchange it, stating their policy doesn't cover damages. After some discussion, they reluctantly agreed to exchange the shirt, but only for an alternative design. It was disappointing to lose the shirt due to their fault, and I had to pay an additional ?225 for a different shirt.

A very disappointing shopping experience where customers are treated disrespectfully, not even provided with a bag for purchased items. We're forced to either bring our own bag or pay for one, reflecting corporate indifference towards customer satisfaction.

Don't expect good customer service. Discounts are limited to very few items and are confusing. Even within the same brand, sizes can vary for the same category. For instance, I selected an XL size of the same brand at the same price, but the sizes were different. Furthermore, the staff members lack product knowledge and do not assist in selecting sizes. If you're particular about your choices, it's better to shop elsewhere.

The item was advertised as buy one get one, but they only offered a 25% discount on the product instead. There was improper information and arrangement of products.

It's always a quick and delightful experience to shop for clothes and other items here. I've never seen so many offers anywhere else. The staff are extremely polite, which makes me love shopping here even more.
