Worst Customer Service Experience \nI placed an order for an event over the phone and received confirmation. A week later, I followed up to make sure everything was on track, and they confirmed it was. However, on the day of the event, I was told no preparations had been made. \nThey explained that since I ordered over the phone, they couldn't process it. Instead of informing me earlier that phone orders weren�t accepted, they blamed me for the issue, which was their fault. \nWhile the food might be good, I can find that elsewhere. The main issue was the lack of communication and poor customer service. I was extremely disappointed.
