It was a wonderful tour. The support for documentation and visa from Arati Ma'am was really helpful. Tour Guide Pranay managed the tour well and ensured everyone cooperated. The travel and accommodation were good, but the food was not up to the mark.

I contacted them for the UK visa procedure, and the staff was unbelievably rude. I simply asked about the finances, and they acted like they were doing me a favor by answering, even though I made it clear I would be paying for their services. I've heard great things about Veena, but my experience was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in helping. I won�t be going there again.
