This seller is selling low-quality products and claiming they are of good quality. Half of the locks I bought have already stopped working. When I asked for an exchange, the shopkeeper refused and just repaired the locks, but my carpenter rejected the repairs, saying they wouldn't work. \nThe seller is friendly before you buy, but there is no after-sales service. He promised to exchange products if they don't work, but he is now making excuses and refusing to take the items back. \nThe seller's behavior is rude, and he seems always too busy to talk or offer customer service. He may be suited for dealing with building engineers but not retail customers like me. I was shocked when the product I selected was different from what was delivered. \nIt was a waste to spend around 60k with him.
