The person has no manners when talking to customers. He refused to show us any samples so we could choose a template. I went to him for stickers and business cards with a sample design and asked about prices for different quantities. He rudely told me to decide everything first and then come back, saying he had no time. He also wouldn�t tell me what types of designs would work.
