It�s still the same. The rooms haven't changed at all. Even though Vivanta has improved the lobby and restaurant, the rooms still feel outdated.

We stayed overnight at this elegant hotel, which is gradually being renovated. The refurbished harbor-view room was well-equipped. Both the bar and restaurant are stylish, with great food and drink options. The service was excellent. We left a bag in our room, and they sent it to the airport in a taxi for us. Outstanding service

I attended an official event there, but the dinner was disappointing. The soup and curries were cold, and the ice cream was melted and watery. I had to wait 15 minutes for a bottle of mineral water. When it was time to leave, there were no valet staff, so I had to walk around and search for my car.
