I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and if you want to experience the true hospitality of Taj, this is the place in Mangalore. The food was amazing, the rooms were spacious, and the staff was very caring and courteous. A special thanks to Mr. Nikil, the head chef, for putting in so much effort to prepare delicious meals for us. I also want to thank the front office staff, who were always smiling and caring. The swimming pool was fantastic, very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mangalore.

Its a good place to stay in Mangalore. However, we were shocked at check-in to find that we were given a smoking room because our booking was last minute. This was not mentioned anywhere. The room was also small, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the restaurant was very good.

The location of this Taj hotel was terrible. The surroundings were smelly and dirty. The staff was not helpful when it came to parking our car safely. Even though the hotel renovation was finished months ago, the basement parking was still filled with debris, so guests had to park their cars in unsafe spots outside the property.
