Viviana Mall

The sunglasses and lenses are of good quality. I got them made 8 years ago, and today the staff helped me with a repair. They�re definitely built to last for many more years.

It was very crowded when we visited, and the ambient music was too loud. The toilets were not as clean as they should have been, and one of them was almost flooded. There were no signs to guide us to the exit gate, and in our confusion, we almost took the wrong turn. The security at the exit was rude instead of helping us properly. Overall, it was a poor experience. The mall needs to improve to make the visit better for customers.

I visit this place frequently since I work right behind the mall. However, I've been facing an issue with the security guards, who always tell me that staff entry is from a different gate. I kindly explain that I�m just there for lunch, and they usually let me in. But today, one security guard was firm and refused to let me enter, insisting I was staff. I didn�t want to cause a scene, so I left and am having my lunch at Korum Mall instead. Otherwise, everything else is fine.
