Excellent service and caring staff. The restaurant has limited options, but the food is fresh and of good quality. There is enough car parking space. It offers good value for money in both accommodation and food. Thanks to Roopesh for his support throughout our stay.

The room was clean, but the washroom was dirty and needs improvement in hygiene. There was no soap, tissues, or clean towels. We had to ask for everything, including water bottles. However, the manager and service person were very friendly. The restaurant downstairs, Zuban, serves tasty and affordable food.

The service at the hotel was terrible. The employees didn't care about our issues. They promised all facilities before we took the room, but later gave careless responses. We didn�t even get a proper blanket and struggled a lot with my family during our stay.
