The hotel is in a great location, right next to the beach. The rooms are good, but not the best. However, the staff's response was very poor. They treated us like we had booked a regular hotel and not a special stay, and we checked out feeling disappointed.

Worst experience. The staff was not supportive and took a long time to check us in. We arrived at 7 am but were only allowed to check in at 3 pm. They didn�t show respect to guests and had too many rules. The staff didn�t even offer a glass of water. When I complained, the manager asked me to pay ?150 for water and said they only serve sparkling water.

Best experience! Yamini was very friendly. When she found out it was my husband's birthday, she arranged a surprise birthday cake, which was really thoughtful. The food was excellent, and overall, our stay was memorable.
