There is no rate card to choose services from. They call you in 10 minutes but take 15 to 20 minutes to arrive. The service needs a lot of improvement and more hands-on practice. There�s a lack of confidence in their suggestions. The pricing is similar to an elite salon, but everything else is lacking. The atmosphere is dull, with no energy from the staff or ambiance. I support women's empowerment, but the place needs more attention. Best of luck to them!
