\nBe transformed into an oasis of delightful treats surrounded by a melange of books! Located in Gopalapuram, our quaint Writer's Cafe exists for a cause. We are a non-profit which provides a platform for the special women of PCVC (International Foundation for Prevention of Crime and Victim Care). Profits go to supporting their cause and improvement towards self-reliance. We currently employ acid burnt victims and domestically abused women who have been training with us, honing their culinary skills in baking and confectionary.The aim of our project is set on inclusivity, that breaks social norms. Writer's Cafe is a beautiful and affordable place, especially for book lovers! The food is great, and I highly recommend the Katsu Chicken. They also offer a variety of desserts and drinks. It's a lively cafe that will definitely make you feel good

I went to the cafe this evening for a coffee and to finish some work on my laptop. When I asked the waiter if there was a plug point, he saw my laptop and rudely told me, "We do not allow working in our cafe." I was shocked by his reaction. It was very rude, and because of this, I will not be visiting Writer's Cafe again

The food quality has really gone down, and I don't see it getting better. It's not a Michelin-star restaurant, but I prefer quality over quantity. I don't want the main courses to be split between friends. I'm not sure if people are just pretending to like the food, but the desserts are okay.
