We booked a trip to Arunachal Pradesh, and Raj & his team did a fantastic job planning everything for us. They were very clear about what to expect, so there were no surprises. Raj's knowledge of the region made us feel safe and confident. During the trip, the team was always available to answer any questions and even made changes to the itinerary to ensure a smooth journey. The driver was professional and made sure we had a safe trip throughout.

I had a really bad experience with Xplore Ne. Even though one of our friends couldn�t make it to the trip, we were charged for an extra bed and breakfast. When we checked with the hotel, they confirmed no such payment was made. It feels like they are cheating both customers and service providers. Their marketing team is awful, but one person from the logistics side was helpful during the trip. \nYou should focus more on taking care of your customers rather than making extra money. I do not recommend them.
