I've been bringing my Cruze here for the last three years, and Service Manager Mr. Sreekumar has been taking great care of my car. He's a kind and knowledgeable professional. Very professional service Advisor Sreekumar explained everything clearly. They not only fixed the repairs I asked for but also checked for any other issues and informed me about them. Great job overall

Service was okay, but I had a bad experience with Xpress Motors. I was told my car would be ready soon, but they still haven't fixed the plastic door guard after 45 days. I made my payment based on their promise, and now I'm not getting any response about my refund. I'm very dissatisfied and hope the owner will resolve this issue.
