YBM Travels offers the best road travel service for journeys from Pondicherry to various places in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. It would be great if they also provide return trips to Pondicherry from places like Trivandrum, as currently, only onward trips are available, with pickup vans going to Villupuram or Tindivanam.

Extremely bad service. For the price they charge, they don't arrive on time, behave rudely, and don't clean the beds. They even provide used blankets without properly cleaning them. These private bus services are taking advantage of the lack of options for travel from Pondy to Kerala.
