The coaching center teaches in a very organized way. The study materials are well-structured, and the teachers are supportive and encouraging. Regular mock tests and practice sessions have helped me improve my confidence, speed, and accuracy. The teaching staff are very hardworking and good at what they do. However, the non-teaching staff and hostel management are very irresponsible and not at all helpful to parents. I would not recommend the hostel, but the teaching is good.

I had a very bad experience with Zephyr. They only focus on top students to show off their results and attract more students and parents for the next year. The students who actually need mental and moral support to improve their academics are ignored and even humiliated. They only care about getting the full fee from you, and in return, you get extreme demotivation. They also contact parents and blame the student for not showing results. Thankfully, my parents supported me. Zephyr, if you're reading this, remember that a good teacher can make a real difference in a student's life by understanding their needs and guiding them properly.
